Design Code compliance checklist

As part of our assessment during the planning process, we will undertake a Quality Design Audit, in accordance with Building for a Healthy Life principles, which will inform our interim comments on internal site layout and off-site connectivity. We can undertake this as a group exercise with the developer and the Local Planning Authority.

We will advise if a Road Safety Audit is required.
